When the gas mixture is driven by the pressure difference on both sides of the membrane, the gas with very fast penetration rate, such as oxygen, hydrogen, helium, hydrogen sulfide, and carbon dioxide, is enriched on the permeable side of the membrane, while the gas with very slow penetration rate, such as nitrogen, argon, methane and carbon monoxide, is enriched on the permeable side of the membrane, so as to achieve the purpose of gas mixture separation

Maintenance methods after usual use:

1, according to the requirements of the nitrogen generator operation and maintenance, regularly check the sensitivity of the solenoid valve, the accuracy of the gas analyzer, the pressure scale of the pressure regulating valve, the compression of the adsorption tower, the exhaust of the muffler, the cleaning degree of the inner tube of the flowmeter.

2. Always pay attention to the pressure of the air storage tank to ensure that the pressure of the air storage tank is between 0.7 and 0.75 MPa, not lower than the rating.

3. The normal supply of power supply, air source and temperature conditions required by the machine and the normal opening and closing, especially the stability of the power supply voltage, to reduce the damage to the controller and solenoid valve caused by the power supply.

4, the operator should be punctual to investigate the three pressure gauges on the machine, the pressure changes for a peacetime record in case of equipment fault analysis, regular check the flow meter and nitrogen purity, has insisted on the purity of nitrogen gas.

5. Check whether the heat sink of the cold drying machine is clean every week to avoid the effect and life reduction of the dryer due to poor heat dissipation.

6. Check the active drainer every day to avoid blocking and losing the drainage effect. If it is blocked, open the manual valve slightly, close the self-discharge valve, and then remove the active drainer for decomposition and cleaning. When cleaning the active drainer, clean it with soap.
